SWIMMING superstar Alex Cohoon will be going toe to toe with Olympic Gold medalist Adam Peaty.
Cohoon, of Cirencester swimming club, will race against Peaty at the British Championships in Glasgow this April after he became Gloucestershire Open champion in the 50m breaststroke and 50m freestyle.
Alex came home with times of 24.52 for the freestyle and 30.63 in the breaststroke, claiming Cirencester Swimming club records in both events.
The British Championships will take place between April 16-April 21.
He is the first swimmer from Cirencester Swimming Club to reach the British Championships.
