A PLANE crashed into the garden of a Cheltenham house this morning.
Police, firefighters and the ambulance service were called after the Cirrus single engine aircraft crashed on Langdale Road at 10.45am.
The pilot, a 76-year-old man from London, suffered minor injuries and is currently being treated at the scene.
The plane is believed to have deployed a parachute during the crash.
The homeowner was not hurt and nearby houses have been evacuated as a precaution while firefighters make the area safe.
