A MAN was stabbed in the eye with a pair of scissors in Cirencester in the early hours of this morning.
The 23-year-old man, who has been named locally as Michael Greenaway, was stabbed in the eye and several times in the arm at around 1.45am this morning.
Although paramedics from Great Western Ambulance Service attended the scene and treated the victim, he declined to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
One man has been arrested following the incident, and is currently being held at Cheltenham Police Station.
