POLICE have issued a number of alerts after several incidents in the area.
A large quantity of diesel was stolen from a lorry parked on the A40 near Northleach.
Officers believe the incident happened overnight on Monday, November 25.
Anyone with information should contact police quoting 63 of November 24.
Meanwhile, a front number plate was stolen from a Toyota Yaris parked in Austin Road, Cirencester.
Officers believe the incident happened between Monday, November 25 and Tuesday, November 26.
Anyone with information should contact police quoting 167 of November 26.
In addition, a Ford Ranger parked in Upper Churnside, Cirencester was recently targeted by thieves.
Several tools were stolen from the vehicle between 6pm on Sunday, November 24 and 9am on Monday, November 25.
Anyone with information should contact police quoting 228 of November 25.
Meanwhile, police say they are aware of a suspicious male seen ‘prowling’ in front gardens in Fairford and Down Ampney.
Over the last few weeks, the suspect has also been captured on CCTV trying front doors.
Officers say to ensure bikes are either chained or locked in a shed and also state its important for householders to install outside lighting and CCTV.
