AN ARTS venue in Cirencester has announced the launch of a new online shop.
New Brewery Arts in Brewery Court in Cirencester has revealed the launch of the new store, along with a new winter retail collection of handpicked products from makers and craftspeople around the UK.
Titled JOY!, the collection offers items that can be purchased both online and at New Brewery Arts (with national delivery also available to customers).
The range features brightly-coloured ceramics, fashion accessories, heirloom decorations and interior design pieces, as well as contemporary jewellery, children’s gifts, Christmas cards and more.
The collection is supported by a dedicated exhibition, JOY! A celebration of craft.
This began on October 26 and runs at New Brewery Arts until Tuesday, December 31.
Commenting on the JOY! range, New Brewery Arts chief executive Beth Alden said: “I never cease to be amazed by the incredible wealth of talent of the makers and craftspeople we are so lucky to have in the UK.
“Here at New Brewery Arts, we take enormous pride in connecting people with the handmade, promoting the joy and fulfilment of making and celebrating the role of craft and creativity in all our lives.
“The new JOY! collection and exhibition epitomises all we stand for and offers an exciting showcase of back-to-basics, honest, natural and unique creations.
“It is all about returning to our roots, departing from fast fashion, mass production and mainstream.
“Each of our makers in JOY! have fascinating stories that have influenced their works, adding yet more provenance and uniqueness to each piece.
“I am so excited that we can bring people joy over the festive season.”
