THESE PICTURES show the extent of the flooding at Chipping Sodbury this morning as major train chaos between Stroud, Kemble and Swindon continues.
Network Rail have released the images - at Chipping Sodbury - on the line between Swindon and Bristol Parkway.
A post by Network Rail read: "Our region continues to see the impact of Storm Bert, which brought heavy rainfall this weekend.
"Flooding, landslips & downed trees are impacting many of our lines.
"This is the scene at Chipping Sodbury this morning, on the line between Swindon and Bristol Parkway."
Trains from Yate to Gloucester via Cam & Dursley have been running today but all trains between Stroud and Swindon - via Kemble - have so far been cancelled.
Great Western Railways warned passengers not to travel as it suspended services on all key routes because of flooding and fallen trees.
