A 60-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with driving a Lexus while well over the alcohol limit in Cirencester town centre.
Stuart Hartwell, of Millennium Way, Cirencester, is accused of driving a Lexus ES 300h with 105 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in Dyer Street in Cirencester.
This is three times the legal limit of 35 micrograms.
The alleged offence took place on Monday, October 14.
The case is due to be dealt with at Cheltenham Magistrates Court.
