AN AGRICULTURAL rally is set to take place in the Cirencester area today amid a protest in London against planned changes to agricultural property relief.

The Back British Farming Rally is taking place at Voyce Pullin Agricultural Centre at 11am.

It is aimed at people who can’t make it to London but wish to come together to show support for British farming.

Speeches will begin at 11am, with Julia Judd and farmers Emma Smith and John White set to speak at the event.

Thousands of farmers have been descending on London to protest against planned changes to agricultural property relief.

Farmers have been arriving at Church House Conference Centre, where NFU members were set to meet on Tuesday morning.
