THESE photos highlight all the fun of a recent Back to the 80s party at a Cirencester nightclub.
The event, which took place at ReVA Nightclub in Bishops Walk in Cirencester and was aimed at over-30s, saw the venue transformed into an 80s fashion show.
Shoulder pads and permed hair were on display on the night, which was hosted by Go Span Duran (a band paying tribute to Go West, Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran) on Saturday, November 2.

The popular event was part of a series of events marking a new direction for ReVA Nightclub, which is offering a nightclub experience ‘for those who know better’.
Following the success of recent ABBA and Oasis tribute events - which deviated from the usual nightclub hours by taking place from 7pm to 11 pm - ReVA has decided to continue hosting similar events through to next year.
Commenting on the Back to the 80s night, manager Dan Colbourne said: “Our over-30s events are starting to make a name for themselves.
“Customers really embrace the time-capsule dress code.”
Meanwhile, Go Span Duran keyboard player Duncan Lowe said: “Playing an intimate gig like this was a refreshing change.
“We’re used to massive venues and huge crowds, but the energy from the Cirencester audience was absolutely electric.”
ReVA director Dan Lafford said: "The response to this year’s events has been incredible.
“There really is a market for those who want to dance in a nightclub environment between 7pm and 11pm.
“We’re especially looking forward to Saturday, December 7, when we'll kick off what we hope will become our annual Christmas party tradition.
“The venue will be transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with live music from the UK’s number-one Christmas cover band and hosted by none other than the Grinch himself.
“We wanted to create a unique celebration for those looking for something beyond the usual staff party meal.”
