A MAN has been accused of possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence against a man during an alleged incident in Cirencester.
Carl Tompkins, aged 55, has been charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence against a man.
The court register states the alleged incident involved a Weihrauch air rifle on October 7 last year.
Tompkins, of Lynt Road, Inglesham near Lechlade has not yet put forward a plea.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on November 7 and adjourned.
The case is due to be heard at Gloucester Crown Court on December 13.
