A CIRENCESTER BUSINESS has received a top food hygiene rating.
CTL Motor Company, based in Cherry Tree Lane, Cirencester, was handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating after inspection on October 17, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Hygiene ratings are scored from 0-5, with five being the highest.
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
The business received a very good rating for hygienic food handling and its management of food safety.
A good rating was handed out for the cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
This latest result means that of the 271 restaurants, cafes and canteens in the Cotswold district with ratings, 242 (89 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
