A BODY has been found in the search for a man reported missing from Gloucester.
An appeal to locate 50-year-old Salim, who had been reported missing from the city, was issued by Gloucestershire Police earlier this morning (Sunday, October 6).
In an update, Gloucestershire Police said that a body has since been found.
While formal identification has not yet taken place, Salim's next of kin has been informed.
Salim had last been seen getting into a car in Vauxhall Road in Gloucester last night (Saturday, October 5).
The circumstances of the death are not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
