I hear that the old House of Fraser building is going to be transformed, writes Robert Heaven.
Many will recall that before it closed in 2018 it was once a busy department store named Fred'k Boltons until it was sold to become Rackhams in 1976.
Boultons had a hair dressers and held regular fashion shows to show off the styles and the fashions of the day.
