A MICHELIN-STARRED restaurant in a picturesque Wiltshire village has been further commended for its culinary excellence.
Bybrook, situated at The Manor House hotel in Castle Combe, has been awarded four AA Rosettes.
The fine dining restaurant, which has one Michelin star, serves a choice of menus designed by executive chef Robert Potter.
AA’s Rosette scheme celebrates successful cooking at different levels in the UK.
Restaurants and hotels can be awarded between one and five Rosettes, with very few restaurants boasting four.
A restaurant with four Rosettes is deemed to be positioned among the top restaurants in the country.
The Manor House is one of seven properties in the Exclusive Collection portfolio.
The hotel has 50 rooms, suites and cottages, as well as an 18-hole golf course.
Also offered is a 12th-century pub, The Castle Inn.
Bybrook was first awarded one Michelin star in 2017.
“It’s an incredible honour to receive four AA Rosettes,” Robert said. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of the entire team and our commitment to creating dishes that celebrate the very best of our local ingredients.
“We’re constantly pushing boundaries and refining our menus to offer a truly-unique dining experience, and this award is a wonderful validation of our efforts.”
