A THIEF stole a handbag from a parked car in a village near Cirencester after smashing a passenger window.
According to a police alert, the offender stole the bag which had been left on the passenger seat of a vehicle in Eastleach on Saturday, September 21.
The thief then attempted to use several bank cards but had already been cancelled by the victim.
It is believed the incident happened between 11.35am and 11.57am.
