A YOGA, pilates and barre studio in Cirencester is celebrating its first birthday with a free outdoor group practice.
R&R Studios in Tetbury Road turns one on Thursday, August 22 and is marking the occasion with a studio garden practice and sparkling wine.
The event at the studio kicks off at 6.15pm, when attendees will arrive, settle and socialise.
This is followed by the group practice, featuring movement, breath, mediation and connection. Attendees should bring their own mat.
From 7.15pm, guests can then enjoy a glass of Bulari English Sparkling Wine from Poulton Hill Estate near Down Ampney or soda from soft drinks brand Living Things.
There is also a prize draw on the night and goody bags for everyone who attends, with offers from businesses including ANI Skincare, The Slow Love, Poulton Hill Estate, MIMMO Studios and Fire & Flow.
Creative wellness studio R&R Studios was founded by 25-year-old Cat Hindson, who has been guiding yoga since 2018 and facilitating her Retreat & Rewild retreats across the UK since 2021.
Those wishing to attend the event should book via retreatandrewild.co.uk
