POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a robbery which occurred near Grittleton.
At approximately 10.10pm on June 26, a man in his 20s was cycling along the Fosse Way from the Grittleton direction towards Sherston when two people riding a dirt bike pushed him off his bike and assaulted him.
They left the scene on the victim’s bike in the direction of Sherston.
The victim sustained bruising and swelling to his knee and was shaken up by the incident.
The suspects were not known to the victim.
