AN ENVIRONMENTAL consultancy in the Cirencester area has been named one of the UK's best medium-sized organisations by The Sunday Times.
Tyler Grange - which is based in Marsden Estate, Rendcomb - was praised for its culture and four-day working week by the judges who determined what companies made it onto this year's The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list.
Devised from analysis of 50,000 organisations globally, the accolade measures several areas relating to employee satisfaction.
Companies that perform best in The Sunday Times list have lower staff turnover, lower sick absences, and higher levels of productivity.
The list is compiled from responses to survey questions developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics, and other independent parties, to monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort.
The Rendcomb-based firm also has an in-house clinical psychologist, resilience consultant, mindfulness coach and mentors, and covers the cost of counselling sessions.
Many of its employees volunteer for causes close to their hearts on their Fridays off.
Tyler Grange Cirencester is also a member of the Better Business Network and supports the Better Business Act.
