AN ALERT has been raised after £16,000 worth of silverware was stolen from a property in our area.
The burglars stole an array of expensive silver objects - including goblets, fox ornaments, tankards, trays and salt and pepper shakers - from the property in Shipton Moyne village near Tetbury between 10.30pm on Thursday, May 9 and 8am on Friday, May 10.
Police officers would like to speak to anyone who has information about this incident or who witnessed any suspicious activity during this timeframe.
Information can be provided to police by completing an online form on Gloucestershire police's website quoting incident number 73 on May 10.
