A HONDA was seized by police in a village near Tetbury this week.
An officer seized the grey vehicle, which was parked in Avening High Street, when they discovered that the car wasn't taxed and didn't have a valid MOT.
The owner had also neglected to update DVLA about his new address.
A spokesperson for Cotswolds Police said: "The owner of this Honda CRV neglected to tell the DVLA his new address.
"He also failed to get it MOT'd or taxed.
"In fact the MOT and VEL were so far out of date that it enabled the local PCSO to seize the car when he found it parked on the High Street in Avening."
