NEW homes provider Bromford has unveiled the first home styles at the Steadings development in Cirencester.
A collection of two and three bedroom homes, built by Harper Crewe with Bathurst Development, within the new 300-acre neighbourhood located just off Wilkinson Road in Cirencester have been completed.
One of the style of homes available at the new development is the Cavendish, a three-bedroom home with a turfed rear garden and parking.
The ground floor encompasses a kitchen and dining area, a large living space, a hallway, a bathroom and storage under the stairs.
Upstairs, there’s a spacious bedroom and family bathroom to the rear, separated from the two other bedrooms, which can be converted into a home office and/or a dressing room.
These homes are available through a shared ownership scheme, which gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford.
Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
Then later on, homeowners can purchase more shares through a process called staircasing, gradually increasing the ownership of the home.
Bromford is yet to reveal the prices of these properties but is looking for eligible candidates to register their interest.
Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, said: “The new homes here at the Steadings are a fantastic addition to the Cirencester area, being built to a high specification with modern living and flexibility at the core of the design.
“The Steadings is in a fantastic location, allowing its residents to enjoy the tranquil Cotswolds countryside without becoming too detached from a thriving town.
“We don’t expect these homes to be on the market for too long, so please get in touch with out friendly sales team to avoid missing out on a great home.”
