FOUR teenage boys are in custody after a supermarket raid in the early hours of this morning, Friday.
Police were alerted to the break-in at a supermarket off Evesham Road, Bishops Cleeve around 4.30am after damage had been caused to the doors to gain access.
Officers spotted three boys running away and one who was on a bike with a large bag.
Following a pursuit four arrests were made and a ditched bag, which was full of alcohol, was located. Another bag full of items was also later recovered.
Two boys from Gloucester, aged 16 and 17, and two 17-year-old boys from Cheltenham were arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They remain in custody for questioning.
