A MAN caught driving a minicab in Cirencester without the necessary licence faces a hefty legal bill.
Iqbal Moolla was caught in a private hire Seat Alhambra in Cirencester on May 22 last year without an operating licence.
He pleaded guilty to driving a private hire vehicle without a licence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Monday.
Moolla, aged 69, of Hatfield Road, Gloucester, was fined £65 and must also pay a £26 surcharge plus £500 costs - a total of £591.
