A 15-YEAR-OLD boy who is charged with taking a car for a drive in Cirencester is due in court tomorrow.
The boy, who is from Cirencester, is alleged to have driven the car without a licence, insurance or the owner's consent on Friday, August 25.
He has also been charged with driving without due care and attention on the same day.
The case is due to be heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, December 8.
The boy cannot be named for legal reasons.
