THREE arrests were made after a man was assaulted inside a popular fast-food restaurant over the weekend.
Police received reports that a 30-year-old was knocked unconscious and sustained injuries to his face inside KFC in Pittville Street, Cheltenham at around 3am on Sunday, December 3.
Three men, aged between 18 and 20, were arrested on suspicion of assault and were later released on bail while enquiries continue.
In addition, police officers are also investigating another incident which took place around 1am on the same day in Lounge 72 in Cheltenham High Street where two 20-year-old men were punched in the head.
One of the victims was knocked unconscious and sustained a lip injury and the other suffered from concussion and bruising to the face.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish whether the same men were involved in all three incidents and police have appealed to the public for information.
