BURGLARS broke into a property near Cirencester and stole a large amount of cash from a safe this week.

Police officers believe the offenders entered a property in Roberts Close, Stratton through a ground floor window sometime between 10am on Monday, November 13 and 11am on Thursday, November 16.

A safe inside the property was opened and a large amount of cash was stolen.

Officers are asking the public to come forward if they have any information about this incident.

Information can be provided to the police by completing an online form on Gloucestershire police's website quoting 126 of November 16.
