THE CIRENCESTER community stopped to remember those who have given their lives for their country today, Remembrance Sunday.
A remembrance day service and parade took place in Cirencester today, Sunday, November 12.
A service began inside St John Baptist Church at 10.45am and was followed by laying of wreaths in the Market Place and a parade.
The parade went through through Cricklade Street, Market Place, Castle Street and Sheep Street.
Despite the rainy weather, many attended the annual event.
