A new bar for fans of the 80s and 90s is set to open in Swindon town centre soon.

An empty unit near The Kop lounge bar and The Khyber Indian restaurant on Victoria Road will soon be transformed into The 3 House.

The new venue was announced on Facebook by Craig Moore, who has also started hiring staff to operate the new addition. 

In his initial post he said: "Excited to announce our new 80s/90s bar "THE 3 HOUSE" will be opening in Swindon soon."

He added: "Please share away for me and get the message out there and watch out for our official opening date.

"We're bringing the 80s and 90s BACK with all drinks at a price you would all say cheers to."

The post was accompanied by a graphic, advertising live music, a disco, a function room for hire, a pool table, darts, karaoke and open mic nights. 

The business is recruiting a bar manager and offering a 'competitive salary'. 

A post on Facebook advertising the position says: "We are an exceptional retro-themed bar that whisks you away on a journey through the iconic eras of the 80s and 90s.

"Our venue is a harmonious fusion of nostalgia and a vibrant daytime atmosphere."
