THE night skies will soon be ablaze with colourful fireworks accompanied by roaring bonfires.
Many families and friends will be wrapping up warm in scarves and bobble hats before venturing out to their nearest firework display this week.
Ahead of Guy Fawkes Night, here's list of some of the bonfire and fireworks displays across the area that will be taking place this weekend.
- The Tavern Inn Fireworks in Kemble on Friday, November 3. Gates open at 5pm, fireworks display starts at 6.30pm.
- Meysey Hampton Fireworks at the Playing Fields on Friday, November 3. Bonfire lit at 6.30pm, fireworks display starts at 7pm.
- Ashton Keynes Fireworks at Bradstone Playing Fields on Saturday, November 4. Gates open at 4.30pm, fireworks start at 6.30pm.
- Quenington Fireworks at Godwin's Field on Saturday, November 4. Gates open at 6.30pm, bonfire lit at 6.45pm and fireworks start at 7.15pm.
- Malmesbury Fireworks at St Aldhelm's Mead park on Saturday, November 4. Bonfire lit at 6pm, fireworks start at 7pm.
- Minety Fireworks at the Minety Pavillion on Sunday, November 5. Fireworks start at 7pm.
- Fairford Primary School PTA Fireworks at Fairford Cricket Club on Saturday, November 11. Gates open at 5.45pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm and fireworks start at 7pm.
Many of the venues will only take cash for tickets so make sure you have take some change with you.
