THE family of a father and passionate motorcyclist who died in a crash last week have issued a heartfelt tribute.
Jason Dymond, aged 56, from Cheltenham, died on Tuesday, October 3 following a two-vehicle collision.
The incident, which happened at around 7.40pm at the A4019 Tewkesbury Road crossroads with Brook Road in Cheltenham, involved a motorcycle, being ridden by Jason, and a Honda Civic.
Jason's family released the following statement today which said: "Jason was the best father a son could ask for, with a real passion for motorbikes."
A woman in her 20s, from Cheltenham, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
She has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the collision but hasn't spoken to police has been asked to submit information on a form on the Gloucestershire Police website referencing incident 420 of October 3.
