PATROLS have been set up to disrupt anti-social behaviour in Royal Wootton Bassett.
Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Police has received multiple reports of anti-social behaviour in Cricketers Close and Buxton Way in Royal Wootton Bassett over the last few weeks.
In response to these incidents, police officers from the team have said they are now targeting their patrols to disrupt future incidents and that anyone found engaging in anti-social behaviour will be dealt with 'robustly'.
A spokesperson for Royal Wootton Bassett and Cricklade Police said: "In response to multiple reports of anti-social behaviour in both Cricketers Close and Buxton Way in Royal Wootton Bassett, we have been targeting our patrols to disrupt this behaviour.
"We would like to remind the community that anyone found to be engaging in anti-social behaviour will be dealt with robustly.
"We would like to encourage anyone that is experiencing anti-social behaviour to report it online."
