A 16-YEAR-OLD boy from the Cirencester area has been charged with attempted murder.
The boy - who cannot be named because of his age - is alleged to have attempted to murder a male in Swindon on Thursday, June 8.
He has been charged under the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
According to court documents, boy was also arrested last week for allegedly breaking one of his bail conditions on Thursday, September 14, which stated he must stay indoors at his home address between the hours of 6pm and 7am everyday.
Cheltenham Magistrates' Court heard the case on Thursday, September 14, where the boy was remanded into the care of a local authority.
The case has been adjourned until a hearing at Bristol Crown Court on Monday, October 23.
