A 23-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded guilty to racially aggravated assault and criminal damage.
Kieran Simmons, of Hatter Close, Tetbury, assaulted a man in Tetbury on Friday, June 3 last year.
Simmons pleaded guilty to racially aggravated common assault by beating at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 18.
For this offence, the court ordered Simmons to pay £500 in compensation.
In addition, Simmons pleaded guilty to damaging a vehicle belonging to a woman.
This incident also occurred on Friday, June 3 last year.
For the criminal damage offence, Simmons was ordered to pay £2,304 in compensation.
