A MERCEDES driver has been charged with driving without due care and attention and failing to stop after an accident in Cirencester.
Nicholas Holder, aged 33, of Burcombe Lane, Woodmancote, near Cirencester, is alleged to have driven a Mercedes-Benz C180 in London Road, Cirencester without due care and attention on Saturday, March 4.
Holder is also charged with failing to stop after being involved in an accident on the same day.

The case is due to be heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court tomorrow, Thursday, August 31.
