A WOMAN from Northleach has been charged with stalking.
The woman, who is aged in her 40s, is alleged to have committed the offence in Gloucester between Thursday, July 6 and Saturday, July 29.
She has been accused of pursuing a course of conduct that amounted to the stalking another woman which she knew or ought to have known constituted harassment.
The alleged conduct includes unwanted contact via phone and text messages, as well as unwanted attendance at the victim's home address.
She has been charged under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, August 9.
She has been released on conditional bail until a trial at the same court on Wednesday, November 29.
