THREE restaurants across the Cotswold District have received new hygiene grades and its good news for all of them.
The Food Standards Agency's website shows that the following ratings were given to three restaurants over the last few weeks:
• Rated 5: The Waterside Kitchen & Bar at Lake 15, Wickwater Lane, South Cerney, Cirencester - rated on June 14
• Rated 5: Michaels Mediterranean at Woolmarket House, High Street, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire - rated on June 13
• Rated 5: The Rose Tree Restaurant at Rose Tree Restaurant, Victoria Street, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham - rated on May 17
Food hygiene ratings reflect the hygiene standards which are found on the day of inspection by the local authority - they are not a guide to food quality.
Ratings are given on a score from 0-5, with five being the highest.
