A MAN from Cirencester has been found guilty of driving without a licence or insurance.

Bradley Morgan, aged 32, Apsley Road, Cirencester, was caught driving a Vauxhall in Hayes Way, Patchway, Bristol without insurance or licence on Wednesday, May 25 last year.

The case was heard at North Somerset Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, May 16.

Morgan pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure. 

For the licence offence he was fined £40 and must also pay a £34 victim services surcharge plus £90 costs - a total of £164.

He was also disqualified from driving until he has passed a driving test.

For the insurance offence, the defendant was fined £120 and has been disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Six points were added to his licence.
