A SOUTH CERNEY man has admitted assaulting a woman at a prestigious four-star hotel and bar in Cheltenham.
Stewart Rose, aged 47, of Windrush Lake, The Watermark, appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, April 28.
The court heard how Rose assaulted the woman on June 25 last year at the No.131 hotel and bar in The Promenade, Cheltenham.
Rose, who admitted assualt by beating, was conditionally discharged for six months.
He must pay £85 in costs and a £26 victim surcharge. The total of £110 must be paid in full by May 26.
No compensation was ordered because the victim did not suffer any physical injuries.
The No.131 hotel is owned by Julian Dunkerton, the founder and CEO of Superdry, and his wife, fashion designer Jade Holland Cooper through the Lucky Onion Group.
