A group of fox cubs have been rescued after their nest was made in a big pile of fibreglass insulation.
The rough material had left the little cub's paws bleeding, and two of them were also left with slight respiratory issues.
Now, RSPCA Oak and Furrows, the Cricklade-based wildlife rescue centre which has taken the cubs in, is appealing to members of the public to donate some items that will help in their care.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "We would like to do a shout-out request for scent-free (ideally environmentally friendly) baby wipes, and soft fleece blankets please if anyone may be able to donate any to help us with these very small people that have come to us today."
The appeal was posted on the centre's Facebook page, along with some pictures of the group of cubs.
"Please enjoy the tiny baked bean feet, and the very small triangle ears. Even when they are this weeny, they will still display wild behaviours such as making 'kakk kakk' noises and growling which is great for their species but desperately cute of course," the spokesperson added.
