FIVE is the magic number for a restaurant in Cirencester
Téatro on Beeches Road is celebrating five years since opening.
The popular bar and restaurant are part of Ingleside House Hotel and is situated next to The Barn Theatre
Director Rachel Wright and manager Ryan Walters will be raising a glass at a party that includes five cocktails, one for each year, a pianist, live music is a regular at the venue with regulars and guests.
Téatro and Ingleside have another reason to celebrate with the addition of a new head chef – Sam North.
The 35-year-old has over 20 years’ experience in the culinary world, his last position being the head chef at a well-known local cookery school.
Before that he helped and worked with one of the leading names in sustainability, something that Sam is extremely passionate about.
Sam said: “With a history of seasonal French and Italian cooking, along with a passion for creating new exciting dishes I hope to share this love for food with the community.
“As well as doing my part for sustainability in the food industry.”
Director Rachel Wright is elated to bring Sam into the Ingleside, Téatro team at this significant time in the restaurant’s life.
“He brings something different to the table, no pun intended”, she said.
“After five successful years, which we thank the people of Cirencester.
"We want to raise the bar and Sam is a major part in that.
"Bringing someone in of his pedigree will be great for the town's dining scene.”
