A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal crash in the Cotswolds at the weekend.
A man on a motorbike died after being hit by a BMW on Moreton in Marsh High Street around 8.30pm on Saturday.
The driver of the BMW has been named as 34-year-old Yasen Yanev, of Tanhouse Avenue, Birmingham.
He has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving over the limit of alcohol levels.
Yanev has been remanded in custody to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court today (Monday, June 13).
The news comes at the end of a horror weekend on roads in the Cotswolds.
Another fatal crash occurred on Sunday on the A419 southbound between Cirencester and Swindon.

Meanwhile, police have made a renewed appeal for witnesses to a crash on the A40 in Northleach last month. A woman remains in a serious condition in hospital.
