Cotswold BMW driver hit with hefty fine
A Cotswold BMW driver has been hit with a hefty fine.
Chay Maidment, of Bassett Road, Northleach, drove an uninsured BMX X5 on Cinderhill Street, Monmouth, on November 26 last year.
The case against him was proved via Single Justice Procedure at Newport Magistrates' Court on Monday, June 6.
The 26-year-old was fined £660 and ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 as well as costs of £90, leaving him with a total bill of £816.
