Delays are expected on main roads near Cirencester this afternoon, due to police escorting an abnormal load.
The escort will be travelling from Cirencester to Burford leaving from the A419 at Haresbush at around 1.15pm before continuing along the A429 and A40 into Oxfordshire.
The journey is expected to take around one hour.
Due to the size of the abnormal load and the route taking narrow roads, drivers are advised to allow extra time for their journey.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "Officers apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause."
