Christmas is a little over a week away now and with it comes lots of food, wrapping paper and empty bottles of bubbly that you’ll need to dispose of.
Before you let the rubbish pile up along with all your general household waste, it might be a good idea to know exactly when you can expect your bins to be emptied.
An overflowing bin just isn’t fun so we’ve listed your local bin collections in Cirencester during the Christmas and New Year period.
Bin collection days in Cirencester over Christmas
This year, bin collections are due to take place on the usual collection day during the Christmas and New Year period.
Collections of waste, recycling, food waste and garden waste by Cotswold District Council will see no changes over the festive period.
Monday to Friday will continue to be the days crews are out and about collecting your bins as normal and this includes bank holidays Monday December 27, Tuesday December 28 and Monday January 3.
You can find out more about bin collections via the Cotswold District Council website.
