The body of a Gloucestershire woman who went missing two months ago has been found by the police.
Caroline Newman had last been seen in September, with her car discovered abandoned on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge.
Her body was recently found by the police and Caroline's next of kin and the coroner have been informed.
Caroline's family has issued the following tribute to her: "Caroline was born on 17 July, 1974 and grew up in Hillesley, Wotton-Under-Edge. A great animal lover, she went on to study Zoology at Reading University.
"She met her husband Richard in 2004 when she was a civil servant working as a Rural Payment Agent and she came to inspect his farm. They met again at a local dance a few months later and eventually married in 2007.
"Caroline was a wonderful, devoted mother to their two boys - she lived and breathed her children.
"She was a strong, opinionated woman with an abundance of empathy.
"Caroline was passionate about the outdoors, her horses and riding.
"She was a friendly and popular member of the community with many friends - she was well known and well liked.
"Caroline will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends, who would like to thank all the emergency service personnel involved in the search for her.
"The family ask that their privacy is respected at this time."
