Cirencester star of This Country Daisy May Cooper has split with her husband of two years, according to The Sun.
The Sun reported that the actress and co-writer of the show broke up with landscape gardener Will Weston due in part to the pressures of lockdown.
The split comes 10 months after she gave birth to the pair’s second child.
Cooper is known for her role as Kerry in This Country, which was filmed in Northleach, winning her a BAFTA best female performance in a comedy programme in 2018.
Kerry’s house was shot on Fortey Road and St Mary’s Church was really the Church of St Peter and St Paul.
Stow-on-the-Wold was the scene of the show’s local police station and the vicars office was in Westwoods Centre.
The Keepers Arms was filmed at the Sherborne Arms in Cheltenham.
Ms Cooper is to oppose Noel Fielding as team captain of Never Mind the Buzzcocks, as it returns to TV screens on Sky for the first time since 2015.
