A drink-driver who was more than twice the limit has been banned for 19 months.
Matthew Fletcher, 25, of North Home Road, Cirencester, admitted driving with excess alcohol and driving without insurance when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 7.
He was stopped in his car on Queen Elizabeth Road, Cirencester, on December 8 last year.
Fletcher was found to have 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 19 months and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £635.
