A Tetbury man who drove under the influence of drugs has been banned from driving for 12 months.
Nicholas Gault, 40, of Long Furlong Lane, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on December 19.
The court heard how on June 28 on the A417 at Cheltenham, Gault was found to have cocaine and benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine in his system whilst driving.
He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £237.
