A drink-driver who crashed into a wall and failed to stop has been banned from the roads.
Jordan Byrne, 27, of Highfield Road, Tetbury, pleaded guilty to four offences when he appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 3.
The court heard how on August 11, Byrne was driving on Hampton Street, Tetbury, when he collided with a Cotswold stone wall.
Byrne was charged with failing to stop for a constable, driving without due care and attention, failing to stop following an accident and drink driving.
He was found to have 103 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the legal limit being 80 milligrammes.
Byrne was disqualified from driving for 13 months.
He was ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £1,135.
