Man found dead in van on A417 in Cotswolds
THE death of a man whose body was found in a van in Granny's Pumps Layby on the A417 northbound near Elkstone is now being treated as non-suspicious.
A member of the public reported a parked van with no one in the front seats parked in the lay-by just after 3.15pm yesterday.
Officers attended and after forcing entry discovered a man's body in the vehicle.
The coroner has been informed.
Formal identification has not yet taken place but the man is believed to be from Warwickshire.
